The Independent Surveyors Association has been formally approached by the RICS with the invitation to comment upon the Carsberg Review of Residential Property.
The Executive Board are working on ISA’s formal response. ISA Members are requested to advise Richard Hulls of any particular aspect they would like to be included in our response.
The Review will cover the buying and selling of houses; residential lettings; new build; general questions on legislation, regulation and redress; consumers and their views; the framework and challenges in the residential market and the opportunities for the future.
ISA’s appreciates being included as an organisation requiring consultation.
You are urged to respond as quickly as possible.

The Executive Team are involved on a daily basis with the RICS and other bodies in order that Member's interests are properly represented. Many of the communications are confidential but we will be publishing information whenever possible so that Members are kept informed of important matters.
