
The Independent Surveyors Association has been formally approached by the RICS with the invitation to comment upon the Carsberg Review of Residential Property.
The Executive Board are working on ISVA’s formal response. ISVA Members are requested to advise Richard Hulls of any particular aspect they would like to be included in our response.
The Review will cover the buying and selling of houses; residential lettings; new build; general questions on legislation, regulation and redress; consumers and their views; the framework and challenges in the residential market and the opportunities for the future.
ISVA’s appreciates being included as an organisation requiring consultation.
You are urged to respond as quickly as possible.
